Official Rules of the 2022 Handle Bar Crawl Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ENTRANT'S ODDS OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO NATURAL PERSONS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. SWEEPSTAKES NAME: 2021 HANDLE BAR CRAWL SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes").  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR:  The Sponsor and Administrator of the of the Sweepstakes is Windy City-Fox Motorsports, LLC ("Sponsor"). Sponsor's principal place of business is:

   Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to all of the following Official Rules.

2. Sweepstakes PERIOD:  The Sweepstakes shall begin at 9:00 a.m. CST on May 15, 2021, and shall continue until the Final In-Person Drawing (defined below in paragraph 6) on September 11, 2021.

3. CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY:  Entrants will be required to obtain an official 2021 Handle Bar Crawl Sweepstakes Passport booklet (the "Passport"), which will be available at each location set forth below (each a "Sponsor Location"):

   Fox River Harley-Davidson®, 131 S. Randall Rd., St. Charles, IL  60174 ("Fox River H-D®");

   Wild Fire Harley-Davidson®, 120 W. North Ave., Villa Park, IL  60181 ("Wild Fire H-D®"");

   Chicago Harley-Davidson®, 14000 Rockland Rd., Libertyville, IL  60048 ("Lake Shore H-D®");

   Starved Rock Harley-Davidson®, 750 Centennial Dr., Ottawa, IL  61350 ("Starved Rock H-D®");

   Woodstock Harley-Davidson®, 2235 S. Eastwood Dr., Woodstock, IL 60098 ("Woodstock H-D®");

   Illinois Harley-Davidson®, 9950 Joliet Rd., Countryside, IL  60525 ("Illinois H-D®"); and

   Chicago Harley-Davidson®, 5490 Park Pl., Rosemont, IL  60018 ("Chicago H-D®")

   In order to enter the Final In-Person Drawing and be eligible for a Prize, an entrant must collect a stamp in its Passport from at least two (2) separate Sponsor Locations. With respect to each Sponsor Location, the stamp must be collected on the date set forth below during the location's normal business hours:

   Wild Fire Harley-Davidson®: July 16, 2022

   Fox River Harley-Davidson®: August 6, 2022

   Illinois Harley-Davidson®: August 20, 2022

   Starved Rock Harley-Davidson®: August 27, 2022

   Barbed Wire Harley-Davidson®: September 10, 2022

   Woodstock Harley-Davidson®: October 1, 2022

   In order to register to win at the Sponsor Location on the date set forth above, the entrant must be physically present at the location, contact an individual in the Motorclothes Department and register using the dealership provided QR code. Only one registration entry will be provided per individual. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO REGISTER. Once an individual has received two (2) registrations from separate Sponsor Locations, that individual may enter the Final In-Person Drawing (defined in paragraph 6 below) that will take place at Woodstock H-D®, October 1, 2022 subject to meeting all additional eligibility requirements in these Official Rules.

4. ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions. Sponsor and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, and employees and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes including, without limitation, the immediate family members and/or those persons living in the same household of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZES:  A total of two (2) separate prizes (the "Prizes") will be awarded, one to each of two (2) separate individuals randomly chosen as part of the Final In-Person Drawing. The Prizes are as follows:

   Prize #1 - Leather item from the Motorclothes Department, retail value $600.00

   Price #2 - Tour package for two through Chicago Motorcycle Tours for a "Sturgis Tour" to take place in August 2023, retail value $1,000.00

   There will be only one (1) Prize per chosen winner. Lost or stolen Prizes will not be replaced. A Prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all additional expenses including, without limitation, travel expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except to a surviving spouse living in the same household. Only listed Prizes will be awarded and no substitutions or cash equivalents or redemption will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater financial value if any Prize (or any component thereof) becomes unavailable. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Winners agree to accept the Prize "as is", and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a Prize supplier that are sent along with the Prize.

   Any valuation of the Prize stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number and proof of identification before any Prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other Prize.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS:  Individuals that meet all eligibility requirements and that have obtained at least two (2) event registrations from separate Sponsor Locations will be eligible to submit their Passport for a final in-person random drawing from among all eligible registrations submitted to take place on October 1, 2022, at the Woodstock H-D® location (the "Final In-Person Drawing"). An individual may only enter one (1) registration form in the Final In-Person Drawing. Prior to submitting his/her registrations for the Final In-Person Drawing, all entrants must provide in their name, address, cell phone number and email address and must be physically present at the time of the Final In-Person Drawing to be eligible for and receive a Prize. Entrants not meeting these requirements will not receive a Prize, and a new Registrant will be randomly chosen. The Sponsor's decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any Prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.

   Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will have their name read aloud at the time of the Final In-Person Drawing; failure to promptly respond will make the potential winner ineligible to receive a Prize and a new winner will be chosen at random, all at the Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event a winner declines a Prize or fails to return any completed documents and releases as required, Sponsor may elect, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner by random drawing.

7. PUBLICITY, PRIVACY & PRIZE NOTIFICATION:  Except where prohibited by law or regulation, by submitting HBevent registrations, entrant grants the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use his/her name, character, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with the promotion of this and other Sweepstakes, and entrants waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for the Sponsor's use thereof, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the Sponsor may disclose to third parties all personal information obtained from entrants and use such information for marketing and other purposes. Winners may be required to complete, sign, notarize and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and a publicity release, which must be returned, properly executed, within seven (7) days of the Final In-Person Drawing. If these documents are not returned properly executed, or are returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, or if any given Prize winner does not otherwise comply with the Officials Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Only eligible entries actually received before the Final In-Person Drawing, during the specified Sweepstakes entry period, will be included in the Prize drawing. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete or garbled entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for destroyed, delayed, lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible entries or Passports, or other entries not received by deadline for whatever reason. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH, DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE:  By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers and employees (collectively, "Releasees") from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the Prize that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages. Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible Passports or entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly, or are lost for any reason, including, without limitation, computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties, or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to void any entries submitted fraudulently; to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes; or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all non-suspect entries received. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled, modified, suspended or terminated, notice will be posted on the Sponsor's web site.

10. WINNER'S LIST:  A winner's list is available only within sixty (60) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. Mail request to Sponsor’s address set forth above.  In order to obtain a winner's list, where permitted by law, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (residents of Vermont are not required to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their request for a winner's list).

11. MISCELLANEOUS:  The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group or Sponsor, or the inclusion of a product or service as a Prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or Sponsor or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.
